A Scientific Way to Pray

Note: In case somebody asks: The "Tutor" is not the same as the imaginary counselors that students created in the old Silva Mind Control course.

Counselors were your own creation, and served the same function as a telephone - a tool to facilitate communication for people who - in the 1960's - found it difficult to believe that they could communicate subjectively with just their mind.

Counselors were like training wheels on a bicycle - a tool to help you get started, but once you learned, there was no longer any need for them. In fact, they just slowed you down.

The Tutor is your personal representative in the Godly hierarchy, who can help you accomplish the mission that you were sent here to do.

A way to explain this concept

The MentalVideo is a way to get help from higher intelligence - God - when you need it.

The tutor is not a physical being, the tutor is part of the hierarchy of intelligences that Mr. Silva referred to as high intelligence, or higher intelligence.

God is not physical, God is spiritual - non-physical.

Mr. Silva's idea is that the supreme being - the high intelligence - that governs the whole universe would be intelligent enough to create helpers to help in taking care of the needs of the universe.

He compared it to government, business organizations, and the military for instance. You have someone in charge at the top of the organization, and many people below them to help do what needs to be done.

For example, suppose you have a problem at your home, a tree has fallen across your driveway and you cannot get your car out.

Who do you call for help? You don't call the leader of your country, the President or Prime Minister. If you did, they would simply refer it to the city government where you live.

The mayor of the city isn't going to come out and remove the tree. That would be done by one of the city departments that has been given that responsibility: the Public Works Department.

The fastest way to get help would be for you to call the public works department. You don't need to talk to the Director of the Public Works department, just talk to whoever can help you.

In the situation I have described, the public works department might tell you that since the tree is on private property and not on public right-of-way, it is your responsibility to remove it.

If the tree were blocking the street, and several people drive down the street each day, they would schedule someone to come and remove the tree when they have time. If it is blocking a busy highway, they will send a crew immediately.

The more people who will benefit, the more resources the government will use to correct the problem.

However, they sometimes make an exception and will help a private individual if it is in the public interest. So they ask you some questions, and you tell them them that you are supposed to meet your friends and enjoy some activities with them.

They aren't going to use their resources just to help you have fun with your friends.

But if you tell them that you have been working with other volunteers to make repairs at a local park so that children and families and adults can use the park again, and you only have one day off each week when you can go help, that changes things.

Now they can send someone out to move the tree, because they are using the city resources to help with the park repairs, not just help one individual.

It's what you do, not what you say, that counts

There is one other thing they want to know: Are you telling the truth.

You can remind them of the times that someone from the Public Works Department was at the park, and they saw you working there.

Once they confirm that you have been doing something to improve the quality of life in the city, and many thousands of people will benefit from it, then they will be eager to help you.

That is the way that the MentalVideo works: Let them know what the problem is, what the solution is, show them how it will improve living conditions on the planet, and how many people will benefit from it, and remind them of the work you have been doing to relieve suffering and improve living conditions.

The mechanism that you use to deliver your videos doesn't matter, you can choose whatever is easiest for you.

CD's and DVD's are physical things that you cannot deliver them to the "other side" - the other side is non-physical.

What you are delivering is the mental images that you create with your mind. That is the universal means of communication. You can deliver them on disk or on tape or over the internet, whatever you like.

When your intent is to deliver those images to your tutor - your personal representative in that non-physical dimension - the mental images will be converted to whatever they need to be in that dimension.

The more people who will benefit from what you do, the more help you qualify for. It is not a matter of "reward and punishment," it is more about "Return On Investment" - ROI.

The Public Works Department will commit more resources for a project that helps many people. It is the same with higher intelligence.

The people who are helping the most to improve living conditions on planet earth will often get bonuses - they will get a little more than they need.

There are people who can make a lot of money without doing anything to help others, but they are doing it all on their own, without any help from higher intelligence. That is the hard way to do it. They might regret it later, when they run into trouble and really need some help and nobody will help them because they have never done anything to help anybody else.

To paraphrase Dr. Martin Luther King, we are all woven into the fabric of humanity, and anything that affects any one of us directly, affects the rest of us indirectly.

If you will review the MentalVideo formula and follow it exactly as it is written, you will do well. It doesn't tell you to choose your tutor. Your tutor is assigned to you from the other side, all you need to do is to create your MentalVideos and deliver them.
