Why we work human health cases

Because we have an obligation to correct problems here on earth.

Jose Silva's research and experience indicates that those who fulfill their obligation are the ones who are the happiest, healthiest, luckiest, and most successful people.

Ask students ahead of time to bring cases to class. Explain what cases are, and give give each student several case cards they can fill out. Tell them not to show the case to anybody, we want psychics to detect the health problems without any hints.

Let Graduates present cases to new students

Have your Graduates be orientologists. Put a Graduate with one or two new students, and have the Graduate give the new students their ten cases.

This takes the pressure off the Graduate to "perform," and it gives the new student more confidence.

If a Graduate wants to work cases, that's fine, but let it be their choice; do not put pressure on them by expecting them to work cases also.

Tell them: "We want to make sure all of the new students have an opportunity to work at least 10 health cases before the Graduates start showing off."

If you are in a situation where you cannot get some Grads to come and serve as orientologists, here are some suggestions:

When new students must present cases: Have them read over the Directives for Orientologists the night before they are going to use them. Tell them that you are going to explain the Directives to them in detail, you just want them to be familiar with the wording.

Also, advise them well in advance to collect some cases to be used in class. Give them enough time to think about who they can use for the case working, to find out about their current state of health, etc.

For beginners, have them follow the procedure exactly as it is in the manual, the Directives for Orientologists. We do not want to guide the beginner psychics in any way, so sticking to a standard format will help to avoid that.

Points to remember:

Go quickly when working cases. As soon as you start to think, logic comes in. So do five cases, one right after the other.

Give a brief example of how you want them to do it: "Select three areas." "Head, back, feet." "Okay, scan those three areas and select one to start with. Give me one now." "Back." "Okay, what do you detect? Talk to me, tell me what you are experiencing." Show them how to keep the psychic talking.

The most important thing in the beginning is to get experience. Experience is more important than accuracy. As the Directives say, accuracy comes with practice.

You will never learn the difference between right and wrong - between correct information and incorrect information - unless you are sometimes wrong.

If your information is never incorrect, you will not be able to learn the difference. So...say everything that comes to mind, realizing that not all of the information you are giving will be correct; this is necessary in order for you to learn.

New students, work 10 cases. Then, graduates can work some cases if they want to.

Orientologist: keep asking questions. Don't give the psychic time to think. We want answers, not logic. Never accept 'I don't know," tell them to make something up.

We do not heal people. Higher intelligence heals people. We are the channel, the pipeline, and we are energized by the healing energy that is sent through us. Case working does not tire us out, it energizes us.

Before leaving, let them know how important they are to you, because you want to help them be successful, euphoric graduates: "I'll be calling you to see how you are doing. I want your feedback.'

Remember all the cautionary notes in the Directives for Orientologists:

We do not work cases on people in their presence. For that they need our holistic faith healing course.

When you work a case on somebody you know, you never go tell them what you think is wrong with them; you never ask them if they have a specific problem; your "suggestion" could cause them to create it, especially if they are highly suggestible.

Working cases is a way to strengthen the right brain hemisphere

Many of the things we do could be done with either the left or the right brain hemisphere. Case working must be done with the right brain hemisphere, so if you want to practice and strengthen the right brain hemisphere so that it will be equal to the left, case working is an excellent way to do so.

Once both brain hemispheres are of equal strength - once you are as likely to use the right as the left - you will naturally function in a balanced manner. When you think, you will automatically think with the correct brain hemisphere, without going through any rituals, without even thinking about it. This is our goal.

That is not the main reason we should work health cases regularly though: We should work health cases because the case subjects are hurting and need our help.
