From the very beginning, Jose Silva always stood behind his courses with a simple guarantee: If you are not satisfied, you can have your money back.
We continue that tradition today: If you are not satisfied at any time during the course, at the completion of the course, or even within a few days after the conclusion of the course, simply let your instructor know and ask for a refund.
In some instances, instructors may be willing to give refunds long after the course is over, but it would be unfair to require them to do that in every instance, so please check with your instructor if you want to know how long after the course the guarantee will be honored.
We hope that you will complete the course and try it out before deciding to reject it. The only "failures" we have seen are people who won't follow the simple instructions, or who quit. Your instructor is there to help you. But the final decision is up to you.
When you attend a Seminar or Webinar or Home Seminar, you are agreeing to the following:
I hereby pledge to use my knowledge of Jose Silva’s UltraMind ESP System in strict accordance of the Sovereign where I operate. I also understand that at the completion of the program or shortly thereafter, if I am not satisfied I may decline to accept a certificate and may request a full refund of my tuition from my Instructor (who is an independent contractor). My acceptance of my certificate will signify my satisfaction and my waiver of the money back guarantee rights.
If you have been treated for mental disorders, please advise your doctor you are taking this course and advise us of any guidance and advice from your doctor.

Recordings and Home Study Courses
If you purchase any home study courses or other items from Avlis Productions that fail to live up to your expectations, we will be glad to exchange them, replace them, or give you a refund. That includes all of the items on this website, and any other sites managed by Avlis Productions.
In order to comply with requirements of most of our payment processors, refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
If you purchased from another seller and paid them, then you will need to contact them for a refund.
If any data disk or other items produced by Avlis Productions are defective, we will be happy to replace them no matter who you bought them from. Avlis Productions has even been known to replace tapes that have been used so much that they are worn out. We figure that if anybody likes the product that much, they deserve a free replacement!
Shipping, Return, and Payment Policy
We normally ship via US Mail with Delivery Confirmation, using First Class or Priority Mail. We will email you the Delivery Confirmation number.
If you order CD or DVD Data Disks with mp3 audio and other materials, our supplier will produce and mail them to you by Air Mail. It can take up to 4 weeks or longer for the disk to arrive, and there is no tracking number.
Someone will need to be there to sign for the package when it arrives. Please include a phone number in the event that the postal service or your country's customs office needs to contact you.
All import and customs costs will be your responsibility. Please do not ask us to falsify the value of the item or indicate that it is a gift. We are honest people and we don't do that. Besides, if we did we could not collect insurance for the value of an item if it is lost.
All prices are shown in US Dollars. Payments made with other currencies will be converted to US Dollars at the current exchange rate.
Insurance for shipments
We self-insure most shipments, unless there is an unusually high value. We haven't lost any shipments in the US yet. Delivery Confirmation helps.
If the Postal Service reports that an package was delivered to your address and you didn't get it, please ask around and see if someone else accepted it. If you want insurance, let us know when you place your order and we will get it for you.
You can pay with your PayPal account, or with your major credit card via PayPal or Stripe.

Downloads and Online Learning
An excellent way to avoid shipping problems and expense, especially overseas, is to purchase the Online Learning and download versions. It is much less expensive, and you get your product faster without any concern about it getting "lost in the mail."
Audio recordings are available to download in mp3 audio.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with anything you purchase from us, let us know and we will do whatever we can to make it right.
You are always welcome to return any disk you purchased from us. Please mail it to our Post Office Box with Delivery Confirmation. When the Postal Service reports that it was delivered, that will be your proof that you returned it.
There is usually no need to return defective or worn out disks to us for replacement, just let us know what you need. If there is some reason that we need to see it, we will let you know.

If you have any questions, please contact us immediately. Most items in the US are delivered within a few days. Other countries could take 3 or 4 weeks or more, even with Express Mail.
